Lens Culture Foto Fest Paris 2013 General Terms and Conditions
1. Level of work
Everyone who registers for these reviews should be a serious, mid-career photographer who has exhibited or published work within the past three years, and who is ready for international market exposure.
2.
Your commitment
By completing and submitting the registration form, you commit to attending the portfolio review in November 2013, and to paying the fee for the days you will be attending. You also acknowledge the cancellation policy below.

Cancellation and refund policy
• If you cancel before August 31, 2013, we provide a full refund (-100 € processing fee).
• If you cancel after August 31, 2013, we offer a full refund (-150 € processing fee) ONLY IF we can fill your place with someone from the waiting list.
• If you decide to cancel your registration you MAY NOT transfer or sell your place to another photographer yourself. Lens Culture Fotofest Paris will transfer your place to the first person on the waiting list.
• Please understand that you travel to the review at your own risk, and we strongly suggest that you buy travel insurance. The above cancellation policy applies in all circumstances, even if your cancellation is due to war, acts of terrorism, riot, revolution, severe weather conditions, natural disasters or any similar event.

Travel and accommodation
It is your responsibility to arrange your travel and accommodation for the portfolio review. Please be aware that November is a very busy month in Paris, when many photography professionals and lovers of photography travel to the city, so you are advised to book your travel and accommodation well in advance.

Choosing your Reviewers
A few weeks before the reviews, you will be asked to complete a form that states your preferences for the reviewers you would most like to meet (1st choice, 2nd choice, etc.). A computer program will generate review schedules for each day that will match as many of your requests as possible. You will not be able to schedule a review with every one of your top picks, but we will try our best to accommodate your requests as well as possible.
6.
Change of Reviewers
Our reviewers have agreed both to attend the Lens Culture Fotofest Paris and to review responsibly. However, in the event that reviewers are unable to attend at the last minute, Lens Culture Fotofest Paris reserves the right to substitute portfolio reviewers without conferring with photographers. We will not refund monies if a scheduled reviewer is unable to attend, but we will offer a meeting with another reviewer.
7.
Privacy
Lens Culture Fotofest Paris is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to contact@fotofest-paris.com with "unsubscribe" as the subject line. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
Please note: If you choose to be included in the catalog, your name, website and email address will be visible to anyone who receives, purchases or previews the catalog in print or online.
8. Secure payments
Lens Culture FotoFest Paris does not collect, store, nor intend to store, any financial details (credit or debit card numbers) of any Customer. All credit card and debit card payments are made by the Customer directly via the secure websites of PayPal or Google Checkout. Any payment by bank transfer is managed completely between the Customer's bank and Lens Culture's bank.
